Returns and exchanges

We have a 14-day returns policy* (exceptions are listed below), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

As a customer, you are responsible for the return cost if you choose to make a return. Well packaged, unused and in original packaging. We will arrange a return slip for you, and then deduct SEK 79 from your order for the cost of the return before we make your refund.

You always get free shipping on your new products if an exchange is requested. Contact our customer service to start your return and make your exchange .

Injuries and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept promotional items, gift cards, or our custom made products that are made to your specific requests.


We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund using your original payment method. Remember that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and complete the refund.
